Dried herbs, tea bag with herbal tea or green tea 1 part / fresh herbs 2 parts
Water 2-10 parts depending on how strong you want it
Add herbs to water and simmer for about 15 minutes. Don’t bring to a boil! Alternatively, pour very hot (but not boiling) water over herbs and leave to stand until water is cold, then strain.
Strain and use in any recipe instead of water, or as it is as a face toner or hair rinse.
