Seaweed Face Mask for Dry or Aging Skin

2 tsp dried seaweed
2 tsp rose water
3 tsp molasses
2 tsp rice flour

Mix the seaweed with the rose water and wait for the seaweed to swell. Mix in a mixer or chop seaweed with a knife. Then add the rest of the ingredients, mix well in mixer or by hand. Apply to face and neck, leave on for about 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.

      Yeah, there are some asian shops here that sell all kind of asian food and products, and one place has stuff from Japan. You might have some similar specialist shops, or you can buy online. We also have it in larger supermarkets, as sushi is so popular nowadays. Still pretty expensive though but so good for your skin that it’s well worth it :)
      It is also possible to use seaweed fresh from the sea, but it’s a good idea to find out what kind it is before using it as some are poisonous.

    yeah thats true….some are poisonous so we need to have a proper knowledge n yes seaweed is really good for skin…I am using Lush aquamarina cleanser which has seaweed in it for real though frankly I have not seen that product doing nything for me except emptying my pockets…DIY’s are always the best or for me generally the cheaper products from the market work wonders instead of the really amazing brands which boast exotic ingredients and huge price tags :D
